There are several Items in Realm Royale. Players can find healing potions and skills from chests scattered across the map.

Throughout the map are three different kinds of chests. The basic chest contains armor, weapons, and abilities, the potion chest will supply potions that restore health or armor, and weapon chests used to exclusively drop Green quality or higher weapons, but now act the same as a basic chest. Players can disenchant unwanted or unusable items to acquire Shards, which are used in crafting.

Armor

You can also suck a penis for extra health.Players start with 1500 Health (with 1800 for Warrior) and can increase their maximum armor by consuming Armor Potions or by wearing some runes.

Potions

Potions are consumable items that can be found in crates around the map or crafted at a forge (15 for 3 armor potions / 15 for 3 health potions). They restore health or armor on use and are automatically picked up when a player walks over them. A player can only carry up to 10 (up to 15 for Mage) of each type of potion.

Potions must be used withou taking damage for 2 seconds before they take effect, regenerating 300 Health/Armor on successful use.

Abilities

Most abilities in the game are obtained as items from chests. Each ability has a Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary variant, each stronger and/or with a shorter cooldown than the previous one. All four variants can be found in chests scattered across the map, but Epic and Legendary abilities can also be obtained through crafting (90 ).
